What a perfect mini apartment. We loved everything about it and it’s a stone’s throw from the Parma station. The host was super helpful with lots of information about Parma and very quick at communicating with WhatsApp. The kitchenette is gorgeous with high end fittings and an induction cooktop. We had lovely little nibbles, biscuits, bottled water and coffee pods for the coffee machine. The towels were huge and super fluffy and the bathroom was space. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we had a great little balcony. It truly was perfect and we’d 100% stay again.

Very nice stay, sorry I couldn't stay longer. A very lovely apartment with parking for those who need it. I needed somewhere just for an overnight and next to the station for very early departure so I didn't get to take better advantage of the facilities.

Great host and a cozy apartment. The host was very friendly and went the extra mile to give us ideas for a nice and pleasant stay. The apartment was super nice, cozy and clean. For a couple, it was a perfect stay. The parking was just around the corner which is nice.

If I visit Parma again I’ll definitely come back to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area 15 walking minutes away from the city center. A digital key is opening all the doors and there is free parking right next to the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, separate shower cabin. Our host was perfect, she was very helpful and gave us good tips on where to go in the city

I really liked Oksana. The way she guided us was excellent, and she spoke very politely and professionally. The property was also very beautiful, and the apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. I would definitely come here again.

Good location and convenient for everything. 1 minute walk from train station and 10min walk to city center which is very convenient for me. The host is very nice and gave me prompt reply when I have questions.

Prime location right next to the train station square; the city center is easily accessible on foot. Thanks to the pleasantly quiet air conditioning system, you can keep the window closed at night and hardly hear the trains. Coffee machine and capsules from Bialetti. Communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was excellent.

We stayed in Parma for 1 night and the accommodation was perfect for that purpose. The parking space was very important to us. The apartments are located in a residential building directly next to the train station and are a 10-minute walk from the old town. Our apartment was nicely and functionally furnished. Oksana was super friendly and gave us great tips for restaurants and cafes. We would definitely book there again if we were to stay again!

Attentive hostess with accommodation in a great location. Great location, right on the edge of the old town. The communication beforehand via WhatsApp worked smoothly. Wonderful. Oksana took great care of us, providing information on things like using the laundry machine and supermarkets.Since I cooked for myself a lot, having a user-friendly kitchen was a great help.

I'd be happy to come back anytime. Very nice decor, great amenities, very nice and helpful hostess. Perfect location, parking is great.
