"Oksana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin in Parma. Die Unterkunft liegt 100 Meter vom Bahnhof. Sie hat mich persönlich erwartet und konnte mir auch gegen 6€ pro Tag einen Parkplatz für das Mietauto anbieten. Ich konnte das schöne, grosse und ruhige Zimmer schon früher als geplant übernehmen und zwei Flaschen Wasser standen bereit. Einfach alles sehr zuvorkommend und grosszügig. Auch das Frühstück (Kaffee und Croissant) im sehr sympathischen Caffe Stazione Parma war inbegriffen! Molto grazie Roksana!"

La stanza è molto accogliente, calda, ben fornita e gode di ottimo pulizia. Vengono offerti tutti gli utensili necessari per la cucina, la macchinetta del caffé con cialde, i condimenti e il materiale per lavare i piatti. Il bagno offre asciugamani, carta igenica, sapone, bagnoschiuma e il phon. In stanza è presente un armadio a vista con grucce comodo per riporre i vestiti o i soprabiti."

"The apartment was great. Location is near the center, but also near the railway station. Very quite but a lot of restaurants very close by. It was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. The key system is great and made check in very easy. Oksana was a perfect host and had a lot of good tips for us. We alse really liked the breakfast (which is really very special) and would definitly stay there again."

"Self Check In tramite un link ad un sito e sempre tramite il link si aprono le porte del condominio e della struttura: semplice, intuitivo e veramente comodo. Apr arredato con grande gusto, in stile contemporaneo, profumata, sfiziosa, cura nei dettagli maniacale. Una vera sensazione di confort e ricercata eleganza che ti fa stare bene. Angolo cottura perfetto, con banco e due sgabelli per gustarsi qualcosa in santa pace. Bagno fantastico con box doccia separato. Cosa chiedere di più! Ci tornerò sicuramente."

“Alessandro and Oksana were very kind friendly hosts who met us when we arrived. He simply walked up to my car and proceeded to guide me to the B&B and also the secured parking (9 Eur per night with reservation needed). Room was very nice, clean and comfortable nevertheless.”
